Spend resources to upgrade your command base, unlock resource buildings — lumber mill, quarry, foundry, oil rig, mint, academy, and barracks — and level the six prestige doctrines. Each base tier raises tap strength and resource yield. Reach base level 22, the Capital tier, to unlock late-game power.
